I didn't know what to title this email! Not much had happened this week! My trainee Elder Spackman is a dawg. He went to college to be a teacher for 3 years, and ive been able to see that he put in the work there, because his teaching skills are actually really good! 

We started teaching this lady named Katherine, and she is super elect. She is very accountable, and she always asks us good questions! I always feel the spirit when we meet with her! 

Being a DL is pretty chill, besides the district Counsel part of it. Im not the biggest fan, of taking time out of my normal missionary life and putting together a slide show for my district.

We have had a lot of great member meals this week! We have a member named Sunde, that feeds us about once a week, and she always feeds us the best food. 

A cool little miracle we had was knocking on this door for a lesson we had. We knocked a couple times and nobody came to the door! We were about to walk away, when I said nah let's knock 1 more time with the little handle thing on the door. After some waiting he finally came to the door and we had a great lesson with him! That was probably the longest time I have ever waited for someone at a door. 

Spiritual Thought: Alma 37:37
  "Counsel with the Lord in all thy doings, and he will direct thee for good; yea, when thou liest down at night lie down unto the Lord, that he may watch over you in your sleep; and when thou risest in the morning let thy heart be full of thanks unto God; and if ye do these things, ye shall be lifted up at the last day."

Ive recently been trying to even more sincerely pray as I have taken on these responsibilities. One thing ive noticed is that I feel a lot more peace throughout my day. My first couple days of training, I was a little nervous, and not entirely sure what to do. Once I started prayer more sincerely, I have received ways I can help my trainee be a successful missionary. I know prayer works, and that when you sincerely do it, it will bless you in your life!

Week 9 beacuase apparently I skipped a week

Monday: We went to a rec center to play some basketball. Then after we decided we wanted to do some sprints. Right before we started, this huge group of little kids came into the gym and were told by their teacher to sit silently against the wall. So all the little kids were just starring at us, so we decided not to do sprints anymore. Maybe next week.  Tuesday: Nothing crazy today. Went to Culvers.  Wednesday: We had a Thanksgiving dinner with a family.It was super good. The family is on date for baptism so that's good.  Thursday: Thanksgiving!!! It was a super chill day. Had one lesson with a member then we went to a members house for dinner. I was a little sad to find out that they had 2 huge huskies, which means they had dog hair all over there house. It was insane. That wasn't even the worst part. The hair was all over in the food too. It was horrible. One good thing was that we got to watch the last half of the Cowboys vs Cheifs game. My comp cooked us a chicken alfredo from scratch which was actually pretty good. Tuesday: Today was just a really chill day. We had 2 lesson that went really good, and we were able to find a new person.  Wednesday: We had zone conference, so we drove about an hour to green bay for that. It was really good! They announced that the North and South Milwaukee zones are now allowed to drive to the Chicago temple for there pday if they want. Im hoping I'll serve over there eventually so I can go for that. Week 3

  Hello everyone!!! It's been an awesome week!  Tuesday: I woke up at 3:30, and headed to the airport. It took 2 flights to get to Milwaukee. Right before me and my MTC comp got on our 2nd flight, we talked to this lady and ended up giving our first Book of Mormon away. It was pretty cool! Also, apparently you can't have liquid in your carry on, so I had to throw away pretty much all of my soap  . Wednesday: I met my new companion, his name is Elder Rupert. He's pretty cool, and he's a hard worker which is good. If your wondering what he looks like, just picture Elder Marshall . I found out my first area too. I'm currently in Marinette Wisconsin. I'm like right on the border of Wisconsin and Michigan, so im constantly going to both states. Also my companion can't drive, so I've had to drive, and boy this place is weird is with its stop lights. I've took so many wrong turns too. Its horrible.
