Elder Gavin Root - Wisconsin Milwaukee Misson

  Hello everyone, hope your week has been super! it was an awesome week in Appleton area!!  I forgot last week to say this, but shout out to Ali and Jack for taking me and the other elders to breakfast, and shout out to uncle Chris and aunt Debi for paying!  Speaking of uncles......... We were knocking this inactive member in his area, and it was a little Hispanic family having a birthday party for there daughter! They invited us in and fed us this sopping wet pork chorizo.   I didn't know what to title this email! Not much had happened this week! My trainee Elder Spackman is a dawg. He went to college to be a teacher for 3 years, and ive been able to see that he put in the work there, because his teaching skills are actually really good!  We started teaching this lady named Katherine, and she is super elect. She is very accountable, and she always asks us good questions! I always feel the spirit when we meet with her!  Being a DL is pretty chill, besides the district Counsel part of it. Im not the biggest fan, of taking time out of my normal missionary life and putting together a slide show for my district. We have had a lot of great member meals this week! We have a member named Sunde, that feeds us about once a week, and she always feeds us the best food.  A cool little miracle we had was knocking on this door for a lesson we had.
