Transfer Leak






Hello everyone! Things are going great in the Marinette area! Finding lots of new friends to start teaching which is great! The zone leaders called us this week and we were asking some questions about where people might be going for transfers, and he said that me and my comp are most likely getting split up ðŸ¥² My prediction is that he's leaving and im staying! 


Monday: Had district p-day today! Went bowling and had an exchange with elder Jensen. He's been out a while, so he taught he some cool things. Me and him played 1 in the chamber in the dark with the nerf guns we have. 

Tuesday: A member took us to a restaurant called apple jacks, which was super good! 

Wednesday: Got my comp back from exchanges and knocked a ton of doors in a place we can't go very often. Got into a small bash with a guy. (We cooked him btw) 

Thursday: Did a crap ton of service. Honestly a really good workout though. 

Friday: Found a cool guy named Zane! Played some board games with a bunch of our friends.

Sarurday: We had a baptism! Her name is Alexis and she is awesome. She's already read the entire Book of Mormon, Pearl of Great Price, and is about half way through Doctrine and Covenants. She said her baptism was the most peace she had ever felt. 

Sunday: We got to sit in on a recent converts patriarchal blessing. It was really cool, and me and my comp could definitely tell it was a blessing specially for him. God truly knows all of us personally!

Spiritual Thought: I had a promting this week to knock this guy's house that we haven't been able to contact yet. Sadly, he didn't answer again, but his neighbor was outside shoveling snow, so we decided to help him. We ended up teaching him about the Book of Mormon, and scheduled a time to come back. Promptings from the spirit are real, and everyone gets them. You just need to really listen and act immediately! 

Weather Report: Im think im pretty adapted to this weather. So when I see that it's gonna be 25, I put my light coat on. It did snow a ton on Saturday, so that was nice!

Week 9 beacuase apparently I skipped a week

Monday: We went to a rec center to play some basketball. Then after we decided we wanted to do some sprints. Right before we started, this huge group of little kids came into the gym and were told by their teacher to sit silently against the wall. So all the little kids were just starring at us, so we decided not to do sprints anymore. Maybe next week.  Tuesday: Nothing crazy today. Went to Culvers.  Wednesday: We had a Thanksgiving dinner with a family.It was super good. The family is on date for baptism so that's good.  Thursday: Thanksgiving!!! It was a super chill day. Had one lesson with a member then we went to a members house for dinner. I was a little sad to find out that they had 2 huge huskies, which means they had dog hair all over there house. It was insane. That wasn't even the worst part. The hair was all over in the food too. It was horrible. One good thing was that we got to watch the last half of the Cowboys vs Cheifs game. My comp cooked us a chicken alfredo from scratch which was actually pretty good. Tuesday: Today was just a really chill day. We had 2 lesson that went really good, and we were able to find a new person.  Wednesday: We had zone conference, so we drove about an hour to green bay for that. It was really good! They announced that the North and South Milwaukee zones are now allowed to drive to the Chicago temple for there pday if they want. Im hoping I'll serve over there eventually so I can go for that. Week 3

  Hello everyone!!! It's been an awesome week!  Tuesday: I woke up at 3:30, and headed to the airport. It took 2 flights to get to Milwaukee. Right before me and my MTC comp got on our 2nd flight, we talked to this lady and ended up giving our first Book of Mormon away. It was pretty cool! Also, apparently you can't have liquid in your carry on, so I had to throw away pretty much all of my soap  . Wednesday: I met my new companion, his name is Elder Rupert. He's pretty cool, and he's a hard worker which is good. If your wondering what he looks like, just picture Elder Marshall . I found out my first area too. I'm currently in Marinette Wisconsin. I'm like right on the border of Wisconsin and Michigan, so im constantly going to both states. Also my companion can't drive, so I've had to drive, and boy this place is weird is with its stop lights. I've took so many wrong turns too. Its horrible.
