Micheal



Hello Everyone, hope your all staying warm wherever you are. I only say this because I  did not stay warm this week.


Weather Report: The entire week we were in the negatives. On Friday it got down to -32, and the worst part is that on that day we had an hour long lesson outside on some guys porch. Every day after that I've been wearing 2 pairs of socks. 

Tuesday: P-day was chill. My comp had to pack that day, so we didn't do a whole lot.

Wednesday: We went and got out new comps. Elder Torgerson is my new comp and he's a chiller. The first phone call we made together we got a find. That was pretty cool.

Thursday: Nothing crazy happened today either. We got another find though. His name is Michael. Today elder Torgerson got assigned the designated driver. I was sad to not drive anymore. 

Friday: We found another guy today also named Michael. We bought some ice cream and I had some oreos, so we made some yummy milkshakes.

Saturday: We had 6 lessons today, but 3 of them didn't happen so that was a bummer. We saw some bucks pj's and we had to buy them. 

Sunday: We got asked to speak in Sacrament on Friday night so we had like one day to prepare for our talks. They both went really good though. We went to Walmart and found another guy, and guess what his name was.......MICHAEL. Michael is the current most elect name in all of our zone right now. It's pretty crazy. 

Spiritual Thought: In my talk, I spoke about the importance of service. I know that when we serve each other even in the most simplest of ways. It can still make a huge difference in someone's life.

Week 9 beacuase apparently I skipped a week

Monday: We went to a rec center to play some basketball. Then after we decided we wanted to do some sprints. Right before we started, this huge group of little kids came into the gym and were told by their teacher to sit silently against the wall. So all the little kids were just starring at us, so we decided not to do sprints anymore. Maybe next week.  Tuesday: Nothing crazy today. Went to Culvers.  Wednesday: We had a Thanksgiving dinner with a family.It was super good. The family is on date for baptism so that's good.  Thursday: Thanksgiving!!! It was a super chill day. Had one lesson with a member then we went to a members house for dinner. I was a little sad to find out that they had 2 huge huskies, which means they had dog hair all over there house. It was insane. That wasn't even the worst part. The hair was all over in the food too. It was horrible. One good thing was that we got to watch the last half of the Cowboys vs Cheifs game. My comp cooked us a chicken alfredo from scratch which was actually pretty good. Tuesday: Today was just a really chill day. We had 2 lesson that went really good, and we were able to find a new person.  Wednesday: We had zone conference, so we drove about an hour to green bay for that. It was really good! They announced that the North and South Milwaukee zones are now allowed to drive to the Chicago temple for there pday if they want. Im hoping I'll serve over there eventually so I can go for that. Week 3

  Hello everyone!!! It's been an awesome week!  Tuesday: I woke up at 3:30, and headed to the airport. It took 2 flights to get to Milwaukee. Right before me and my MTC comp got on our 2nd flight, we talked to this lady and ended up giving our first Book of Mormon away. It was pretty cool! Also, apparently you can't have liquid in your carry on, so I had to throw away pretty much all of my soap  . Wednesday: I met my new companion, his name is Elder Rupert. He's pretty cool, and he's a hard worker which is good. If your wondering what he looks like, just picture Elder Marshall . I found out my first area too. I'm currently in Marinette Wisconsin. I'm like right on the border of Wisconsin and Michigan, so im constantly going to both states. Also my companion can't drive, so I've had to drive, and boy this place is weird is with its stop lights. I've took so many wrong turns too. Its horrible.
