Green Bay/Wausau Zone Conference

Monday: P day was chill. Played some basketball with some members. Then had a really long lesson with this older lady, because she did not know how to stop tallking. She was interested though, so that's what matters.


Tuesday: Had a few lessons with our friends. Then had some elders in a different area spend the night since zone conference was the next day. We played some Magic with them!

Wednesday: We had zone conference today and it was really fun. They talked a lot about asking questions and how you should go about doing it! I went on an exchange with elder Jensen to iron mountain. After about an hour of the way there, I get a message saying that all my stuff got left in the other car. So for the next 2 days I had nothing except for the clothes on my body, and my pillow. The nights were rough because all I had for a blanket was my coat! So I woke up a ton from being cold.

Thursday: We had 9 lessons get canceled because there was a snow storm that made the roads really icy, and it was super foggy. 

Friday: Gave a blessing to a young lady we are teaching. The spirit was definitely present. 

Saturday: Had a really good lesson with the same young lady who we gave a blessing to. Shes super awesome and knows the church is true and everything. So elect! Had another good lesson with a recent convert. 

Sunday: Got to sing in the church choir in sacrament today. It went pretty good! We put one of our friends on date! We were teaching him about faith and repentance and after that he said, "I feel like I have those things already, I just need to know what the next step it" Me and my comp just looked at each other and knew we were gonna put him on baptismal date. It was really cool!

Weather Report: Cold. Hecka windy.

Spiritual Thought: I just wanted to share my testimony on faith. I know that when we put our trust or faith in God that he will bless us so much in our lives. I've seen it happen to me so much, and I know it can happen to you guys to if you just rely on God and trust in the plan he has for you!

Week 9 beacuase apparently I skipped a week

Monday: We went to a rec center to play some basketball. Then after we decided we wanted to do some sprints. Right before we started, this huge group of little kids came into the gym and were told by their teacher to sit silently against the wall. So all the little kids were just starring at us, so we decided not to do sprints anymore. Maybe next week.  Tuesday: Nothing crazy today. Went to Culvers.  Wednesday: We had a Thanksgiving dinner with a family.It was super good. The family is on date for baptism so that's good.  Thursday: Thanksgiving!!! It was a super chill day. Had one lesson with a member then we went to a members house for dinner. I was a little sad to find out that they had 2 huge huskies, which means they had dog hair all over there house. It was insane. That wasn't even the worst part. The hair was all over in the food too. It was horrible. One good thing was that we got to watch the last half of the Cowboys vs Cheifs game. My comp cooked us a chicken alfredo from scratch which was actually pretty good. Tuesday: Today was just a really chill day. We had 2 lesson that went really good, and we were able to find a new person.  Wednesday: We had zone conference, so we drove about an hour to green bay for that. It was really good! They announced that the North and South Milwaukee zones are now allowed to drive to the Chicago temple for there pday if they want. Im hoping I'll serve over there eventually so I can go for that. Week 3

  Hello everyone!!! It's been an awesome week!  Tuesday: I woke up at 3:30, and headed to the airport. It took 2 flights to get to Milwaukee. Right before me and my MTC comp got on our 2nd flight, we talked to this lady and ended up giving our first Book of Mormon away. It was pretty cool! Also, apparently you can't have liquid in your carry on, so I had to throw away pretty much all of my soap  . Wednesday: I met my new companion, his name is Elder Rupert. He's pretty cool, and he's a hard worker which is good. If your wondering what he looks like, just picture Elder Marshall . I found out my first area too. I'm currently in Marinette Wisconsin. I'm like right on the border of Wisconsin and Michigan, so im constantly going to both states. Also my companion can't drive, so I've had to drive, and boy this place is weird is with its stop lights. I've took so many wrong turns too. Its horrible.
